I want to recommend Kelley's Automotive to any car owner in need of repairs and maintenance. Kelley's is the only auto repair shop that I have trusted since owning my first car. As a first-time owner, I had several questions and repairs (of course!), which they resolved, no matter how difficult. I have been a customer for over four years now and do not plan on going to anyone else-even though the distance is no longer right around the corner. I love the fact that as a college student with little money to spare, they offer competitive prices and tell me what parts need to be replaced (brakes, etc...) and how long I have to do so, rather than most shops that would say "you need this done today." With school and work, it is difficult for me to schedule in advance, and they always fit me in somehow. If you are looking for a trustworthy repair shop with a personable family team for questions, repairs, whatever your car needs, then I would say that Kelley's is it. We recently thought we needed to have brakes replaced on our van, so we did the usual and called around town looking for the best quote. At the time, Kelley's Automotive Repair had the best price, so we made the appointment to drop the van off so they could replace the brakes. To our surprise, later that day we got a call from Kelley's informing us that we did not need new brakes just a little brake fluid: 'No charge, your van is ready.'
