There have been numerous TV shows with hidden cameras exposing dishonest and/or poor mechanics. When I brought my car to Kelley's, I was pleasantly pleased that they did only what was necessary, in a timely manner, and for a very fair price. I will not hesitate when my car needs further servicing to return to Kelley's.

We recently thought we needed to have brakes replaced on our van, so we did the usual and called around town looking for the best quote. At the time, Kelley's Automotive Repair had the best price, so we made the appointment to drop the van off so they could replace the brakes. To our surprise, later that day we got a call from Kelley's informing us that we did not need new brakes just a little brake fluid: 'No charge, your van is ready.' Then a couple of months ago we unfortunately decided to purchase a 19-year-old car from an acquaintance. Fortunately, we knew to go to Kelley's. We have been there several times with this vehicle and they have been great! Even when extremely busy, they manage to squeeze us in, if even to look at it and see if they need more time with it.
